While the brand’s visual identity leaned into a feminine 'Sundress & Sagebrush' aesthetic, I developed a strategy that grounded the brand in its rugged origins. By positioning the 'Real Cowboy' artisans as the invisible architects of the brand’s grace, I transformed a 'girly' fashion choice into a high-performance heirloom. This allowed the brand to resonate with a discerning 30-50 female demographic that prioritizes both aesthetic beauty and the integrity of hand-made craftsmanship.
